Simply input the information onto the ONLINE FORM stating clearly your reasons for the appeal and press the submission button at the foot of the page. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the appeal and the start of the investigation. Please do not reply to this email. Your appeal will be investigated and you will usually receive written confirmation of the outcome within 21 working days of receipt of the appeal.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHARGES THAT THESE ARE APPEALED INDIVIDUALLY.
